Shipping policy

  1. All purchases will be shipped within 5 to 7 business days of placing your order. Orders are shipped via USPS based on standard shipping times.
  2. Delivery times frames are an estimate, Blonde Sugar Cosmetics does not guarantee delivery dates.
  3. Blonde Sugar Cosmetics IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY LOST/STOLEN or DAMAGED MAIL. 
  4. IF YOUR PACKAGE IS NOT RECEIVED, BUT SHOWS DELIVERED, PLEASE CONTACT YOUR LOCAL USPS. NON RECEIPT OF PACKAGE MUST BE REPORTED WITHIN 30 DAYS OF PURCHASE DATE.
  5. Blonde Sugar Cosmetics is not responsible for entering customers addresses. If a customer places an order and enters an incorrect address contact us before your items ship. 
  6. If you place an order and provide Blonde Sugar Cosmetics with the incorrect address and your package is shipped, and returned to Blonde Sugar Cosmetics, due to incorrect address. The customer is responsible to pay a reshipping fee, to have the item reshipped to the correct address. The original returned package will be sent within 5 business days of customer paying the reshipping fee. If customer does not pay the reshipping fee for a returned package, the item is the property of Blonde Sugar Cosmetics, with no refund issued.
